How We Collect Your Personal Data
We handle your data with the highest possible level of care. All personal data we collect from website users is private and confidential.
We collect personal data through the reservation form, where users provide all personal information necessary for making a reservation and for us to fulfill the requested service.
In addition, we collect personal data provided by users when they fill out the newsletter subscription form.
We physically collect guests’ personal data at check-in at the hotel reception.
In addition to the personal data you provide through the methods mentioned above, this website uses technology that collects certain technical data, such as your IP address. The IP address is recorded when submitting a newsletter subscription (and is used solely as proof that the user voluntarily subscribed to the newsletter).

What Is the Purpose of Using Personal Data?

Email addresses collected through the newsletter subscription form or by checking the optional newsletter subscription box in the reservation form are used to send promotional materials about our offerings via the SendPulse email marketing system. Information such as the user’s name and selected language, collected in the same way, is used to personalize the newsletter experience.
Information collected through the event inquiry form is used to prepare proposals for events, meetings, or conferences at our hotel.
